The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Artforme’s website. By making a purchase from this website you accept these terms and conditions.

Product pricing and methods of payment

Currency

All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars. All orders are processed in Australian dollars.

Please note: delivery to some international destinations may attract customs duties or taxes. Payment of any customs duties or taxes is the customer’s responsibility.

GST

All prices shown on this website include GST where applicable.

Methods of payment

Artforme accepts payment for online orders via PayPal, St George bank Internet Payment Gateway and direct debit.

For direct debit payments, please make sure you enter The Paper Shop order number or Artforme invoice number into the payment description – this is important to ensure your order will be processed correctly.

Wholesale customers

If you would like to retail Artforme products contact us for more information. The minimum wholesale order value is $500.00 (before discount and delivery) and you will need to provide your ABN or ACN. Generous discounts are available for wholesalers.

Order processing and delivery

Off the shelf stationery

For off the shelf products, Artforme requires payment in full with your order before processing the order. We will send you an order confirmation email and receipt via email once payment has been received. When payment has been received, your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within two business days. Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

If we are temporarily out of stock of ordered item(s), we will dispatch any in-stock item(s) you have ordered and contact you via email to give you the option of placing your order on back order for the out of stock item(s) or cancelling your order and crediting your account for the out of stock item(s).

Made to order stationery

For made to order stationery, Artforme’s terms are 50% deposit on placement of order with balance payable on delivery. As a general rule, we will deliver your made to order stationery 8-10 working days from receipt of approved final artwork (produced to Artforme specifications). We will invoice you for the deposit when you place your order and for the balance when your order is ready for collection or dispatch.

Artforme delivers Australia wide and internationally.

Method of delivery

Artforme uses Australia Post and local and international couriers to make deliveries. Delivery prices are provided prior to submitting your order. Delivery times from dispatch range from 2 working days for Australian delivery and from 5 working days for international delivery – depending on the delivery destination.

Product fault, damage or loss in transit

Returns policy

Artforme strives to deliver high quality letterpress products for its customers. If however you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, if the product is not what you ordered, if your order arrives damaged or perhaps doesn’t arrive at all, then please contact us.

In turn, we ask that when placing an order, you provide valid contact, payment and delivery details and other information as required to process your order accurately and efficiently.

Claims for lost or damaged goods will be recognised up to 10 business days from order dispatch. Claims for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered products must be supported with relevant documentation including order number or invoice number and photographic evidence (where appropriate). Wherever possible, products should be returned in original condition with packaging as delivered to you. All freight or postage costs for returning products (excluding faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered products) to Artforme will be at the customer’s expense.

Please check your delivery details are correct before placing your order as Artforme will accept no responsibility for non-delivery of an order where the delivery details provided by a customer where incomplete, incorrect or invalid.

Privacy and security

Privacy

Artforme respects your privacy and acts in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (March 2014). When you purchase online from Artforme, your payment details are transmitted through secure servers. Payment information is not hosted by Artforme.
